2017/07/15 19:30 Sylvan Beach Amusement Park, then Harpoon Eddie's for a late lunch, and then home for swimming. A busy and totally exhausting day - at least for me - the kids not so much.

2017/07/21 10:30 I uploaded my first video to my new YouTube channel last night. Somehow I managed to tack on four minutes of dead air space. I think a few people thought that was the best part of my video. It was unintentional. I would think that if you were a radio DJ and you did a show that included four minutes of dead air space that would be a career ender. For good or bad I answer to no one and so the show will go on. I updated the link so that it goes to the revised video which is minus the dead air.

Alice joined Elliott on the beach.

I have been threatening for more than six months that I was starting a YouTube channel. I finally published the first introductory video tonight.

2017/07/09 23:00 I got some more work done on the pool deck today. Almost got the addition - the step up to the new pool - completed. 

The kids insisted on sitting outside. It was a nice day.

I checked in with Facebook. Eating dinner with beloved family was suggested as topic. Dysfunctional and weird wasn't an option.

Too cold for this time of year.

2017/07/31 23:00 All settled in at the Tiki Motor Inn in Lake George. We have two adjoining hotel rooms. Karen and I, Adison and Elliott, along with Robert, Tristan, and Alice are going to spend five days here. Vacation?
