I love how summer just wraps its arms around you like a warm blanket. ― Kellie Elmore

khan tiki mon's rants and rambles v.14.42

2020/06/12 09:00 Happy birthday to me. Really old today. I had the Pod picked up this morning. Had the Pod in the driveway for when we had the hardwood floors redone. I kept it to help in putting the ceiling joists in the back room - the Tiki Bar and Lounge.

2020/06/09 20:00 Abigail, the little water baby, in the pool today.

2020/06/01 08:00 First day of June. June is the first Summer month.

2020/06/10 17:00 Elliott graduated from Pre-K today. Drive by graduation in this age of Covid-19.

This is the latest iteration of my rants, rambles, and ravings. Is anything new? Yes, there is the global pandemic. There is the United States economy in shambles. Mass protests against police brutality and systemic racism are being seen across the country. I will probably share way too much information. I am maybe as weird as I have ever been. I am sure that I am still incredibly boring. Is there any point to any of this? There is probably no point. Sometimes (not always) I am sorry if I have wasted your time.

2020/06/12 17:00 A big thank you for all the birthday wishes. Celebrated yesterday with my wife, my three children, and my five grandkids.

2020/06/08 09:00

2020/07/01 10:00 I had a colonoscopy this morning. After it was over they said go home and rest. They said go home and take it easy. Sometimes there is no rest for the weary. Sometimes you have to cowboy up and take your grandkids for a bike ride by the canal. And when they get tired you have to carry them and drag the bike.

2020/06/11 15:00 Before and after. Coronavirus Covid-19 shelter-in-place lock-down hair and now ready to cautiously re-enter civilisation.

Update on the coronavirus Covid-19: 1,897,838 confirmed cases in the United States. Confirmed 109,143 deaths.

2020/06/04 17:00 Karen and Adison took the kids to the beach at Green Lakes today.

That's life (that's life), that's what all the people say
You're ridin' high in April, shot down in May
But I know I'm gonna change that tune
When I'm back on top, back on top in June.

Frank Sinatra

It was June, and the world smelled of roses. The sunshine was like powdered gold over the grassy hillside.

Maud Hart Lovelace

It is dry, hazy June weather. We are more of the earth, farther from heaven these days.

Henry David Thoreau
